Drive by Shooters – West Coast & Namakwaland
During my 3 month stint working at Zara-Zoo, we embarked on trip up the west coast of South Africa and inland towards the Namakwaland. The latter being the flower capital of South Africa during spring time. Places we visited was the small coastal town, Paternoster, further north, Lambertsbaai and inland, Whupperthal, an adventurous drive inland from Clanwilliam.
It was a great trip with a few of Cape Town’s best photographers. Thank you Stefan Steenkamp and Laura da Paixao from Zara Zoo, Sybrand Cillie, Herman Agenbag and Joe Dreyer.
Stunning work the atmosphere captured through these photographs really shows the photographer behind the camera in perfect detail and tells a story of a forgotten but beautifull people and places yet untouched much by man, great work love every picture taken.
